This kitchen remodel in Des Plaines updated a home built in 1947 with a bright, modern design and durable finishes. The project included gray shaker cabinets, quartz countertops, a ceramic mosaic backsplash, and large format porcelain plank flooring measuring 8 inches by 5 feet. The flooring features a light white oak appearance, helping the space feel larger, brighter, and more open while providing the durability and easy maintenance of porcelain tile. Combined with the quartz countertops and decorative mosaic backsplash, the finished kitchen offers a clean, timeless look designed for everyday living and long-term performance.
Master Bathroom Remodel in a 1996 Home
This master bathroom remodel transformed an original 1996 bathroom into a bright and elegant space designed for daily comfort. The new design features a freestanding soaking tub, a walk in shower with frameless glass, matte black fixtures, and large porcelain floor tile that makes the room feel open and luxurious.
The floating vanity and matching wall-mounted storage cabinet provide a clean, modern look while maximizing storage. Soft-close drawers keep everyday essentials organized, and the white quartz countertops add a crisp contrast to the dark cabinetry. The result is a beautiful, low-maintenance bathroom with a relaxing spa-like feel.
Custom Staircase and Finish Carpentry in Progress for a New Home
We are currently installing a custom staircase and finish carpentry throughout this new home. Foundation Work for New Home

Completed Whole Home Upgrade in Lake Forest (Built 1986)
Our team completed a full interior refresh of this Lake Forest home, including a new marble foyer floor, custom built‑ins around the family‑room fireplace, and a complete electrical upgrade with modern LED recessed lighting and new light fixtures. We also replaced all outlets and switches, installed new door hardware throughout the home, upgraded the exterior Pella doors, refinished tile and wood flooring, and completed full interior painting for a clean, updated finish.
Condo Renovation in Chicago
During this Chicago condo renovation, we installed custom closets, kitchen cabinets and provided full interior painting while construction was in progress. Our team carefully protected all finished surfaces, coordinated with other trades, and delivered precise, dust controlled work. The result is a clean, modern condo with upgraded storage, smooth painted walls and ceilings, and custom kitchen tailored to the client’s needs. This project shows how we handle home upgrades and painting in Chicago with attention to detail from start to finish.
New Construction Addition in Evanston
This home addition in Evanston added over 600 sq. ft. of new living space plus an outdoor pergola with bluestone and limestone terraces and a custom-built fire pit. We installed Marvin doors and windows for the first and second floor balcony and carefully matched the original house style with detailed carpentry and brickwork. The project expands indoor-outdoor living while preserving the character of the existing home in Evanston.
Bathroom Remodeled in Winnetka IL.
This master bathroom remodel in Winnetka converted the old tub and window area into a spacious walk‑in shower for two with new electric heated floors for added comfort. We replaced the original wood windows with tempered glass and installed a large vinyl window behind, then rebricked the exterior so the new opening looks like a natural match to the home’s existing windows. Inside, the frosted glass panel provides plenty of natural light while maintaining privacy, creating a bright, spa‑like master bath that blends safety, comfort, and warmth in Winnetka.
